Services

Every layer of physical security, from a single keypad to a multi-site rollout.

We design, install, and service the full stack for SLED environments: access control, video surveillance, RFID asset tracking, electronic and mechanical locks, intrusion alarms, software platforms, and the supplies that keep them running.

01 · Access Control

Access Control Systems

Card, fob, mobile, biometric, and PIN entry — built around the way your team actually moves through the building.

Whether you're securing a single tenant suite or rolling out one credential across a dozen Bay Area properties, we design the system around the workflow first and the hardware second. Our default stack is Napco's MVP Cloud Access platform paired with Marks USA electrified locks and Alarm Lock wireless networked locks for retrofits.

Typical deployments

  • Cloud-based access control (Napco MVP, AirAccess) with mobile credentials and BLE/NFC readers.
  • On-premise enterprise platforms (Continental Access CardAccess) for large multi-site campuses.
  • Wireless networked locks (Alarm Lock Trilogy Networx) for retrofit-friendly door upgrades.
  • Multi-tenant lobby / package room / fitness amenity access integrations.
  • Audit trails, scheduled lockdown, anti-passback, and role-based admin.

02 · Video

Video Surveillance

4K IP cameras and hybrid NVRs designed for evidence quality — not just "footage exists."

Most camera systems we replace failed for the same reasons: undersized storage, no remote review, cameras pointed at the wrong things, or a recorder nobody can log into. We plan every install around three questions — what incident do you actually need this to solve, who needs to review it, and how long do you need to keep it?

Typical deployments

  • 4K IP camera systems with night IR, true WDR, and weatherized housings.
  • Hybrid NVR + cloud video for remote review on iOS / Android / browser.
  • License plate recognition (LPR) at parking and loading-dock entries.
  • AI-assisted analytics: line crossing, loitering, motion zones.
  • Integration with access control for door-event-driven video clips.

03 · Locks

Electronic & Mechanical Locks

Marks USA grade-1 hardware, electrified mortise locks, exit devices, and master-keyed mechanical systems.

Hardware is where most security plans quietly fail. A great access platform on a hollow-core door, an exit device that drags after one winter — we've seen it. We spec Marks USA grade-1 commercial hardware (a Napco company) for the doors that take real punishment.

Typical deployments

  • Grade-1 mortise locks (Marks USA Survivor) for high-traffic commercial doors.
  • Electrified mortise and cylindrical locks for access-controlled openings.
  • Wireless networked locks for retrofit deployments without trenching.
  • Crash bars, panic exit devices, and code-compliant egress hardware.
  • Master-keyed mechanical systems with documented schedules.

04 · Software

Access Control Software

Cloud-based and on-premise platforms for credential management, audit trails, and remote admin.

The software is what owners actually live with. We deploy and train your team on the platform that fits the property — not whichever one ships with the cheapest reader.

Platforms we deploy & train

  • Napco MVP Cloud Access — modern cloud platform for SMB and mid-market. Mobile-first admin, role-based permissions, scales from a few doors to thousands.
  • AirAccess (Napco ACaaS) — Access Control as a Service for tenants who want zero on-prem infrastructure.
  • Continental Access — on-premise enterprise platform for campuses, hospitals, local government, and education institution clients.
  • Alarm Lock Networx — lock-management software for wireless networked door retrofits.
  • Integrations: video systems, intrusion panels, building automation, HR/identity providers.
05 · Intrusion

Alarm & Intrusion

Napco Gemini panels, StarLink cellular reporting, and UL-listed monitoring — built for the post-POTS world.

Copper landline service is being decommissioned across the Bay Area. If your alarm panel still reports over a POTS line, the next outage may be permanent. We migrate accounts to StarLink dual-SIM 5G cellular communicators (Verizon + AT&T plus T-Mobile on intrusion models) and Napco Gemini hybrid panels with zero monitoring downtime.

Typical deployments

  • Napco Gemini hybrid wired/wireless intrusion panels — 9 to 255 zones.
  • StarLink MAX2 dual-SIM cellular communicators (UL 864) — fire & burg.
  • Universal commercial fire communicators (StarLink Fire LTE) — replaces 2 POTS lines per FACP.
  • Central station monitoring with UL-listed Napco NY NOC failover to PA.
  • POTS-line retirement migrations with $100 trade-up incentives on eligible installs.

06 · RFID

RFID Asset Tracking

Real-time asset visibility for tools, equipment, inventory, records, and high-value items that need to stay accounted for.

RFID asset tracking helps teams know what they have, where it is, and when it moved. We design RFID tagging, reader placement, and reporting workflows that fit your facility, whether you need check-in/check-out accountability, room-level visibility, or recurring audit support.

Typical deployments

  • RFID tags and labels for tools, equipment, cases, records, inventory, and other high-value assets.
  • Fixed and handheld reader workflows for warehouses, schools, offices, healthcare, and facility operations.
  • Asset check-in/check-out, exception reporting, and location history for audit-ready accountability.
  • Integration planning with access control, camera review, and security operations procedures.
  • Training for staff so asset audits become fast, repeatable, and easy to maintain.

07 · Supplies

Security Supplies

The hardware-store-doesn't-stock-this list: credentials, readers, sensors, power, enclosures.

Through our Safeware partnership and direct manufacturer accounts, we source — at integrator pricing — the day-to-day supplies that keep security systems running. Available for existing customers and onsite-managed accounts.

Typical inventory

  • Proximity, smart-card, and mobile credentials.
  • Card readers, keypads, request-to-exit sensors, door contacts.
  • Mag locks, electric strikes, electrified hinges, power transfers.
  • UL-listed power supplies, battery backups, enclosures.
  • Wire, conduit, plenum-rated cable.
08 · Service

Service & Maintenance Plans

Ongoing monitoring, firmware, credential admin, and 24/7 emergency response.

An access control system without maintenance has a shelf life of about 18 months. Our service plans cover the boring (firmware, audit reviews, credential cleanup) and the urgent (24/7 emergency rolltruck for active accounts).

Plan options

  • Essential — Quarterly health check, firmware updates, credential admin, monitored central station.
  • Standard — Everything in Essential plus on-call business-hours service and parts-included coverage.
  • Priority — 24/7 emergency response with SLA, included annual penetration walk, dedicated account engineer.
